a customer writes to us and tells us that his freshly installed 996 - 997 Unibal top mounts have inferior stud bolts installed.
The stud bolts clearly "not" have a quality mark, so that it cannot be ruled out that they were subsequently replaced.
At the moment, however, it cannot be ruled out with certainty that these bolts may have been installed as standard from the factory, we want to have this checked by Porsche.
Therefore, dear 996 - 997 Cup drivers: "Please check whether you have installed identical bolts and if so, whether they have already loosened or pulled inwards in the head"!
